Privacy policy

• When you book: your name, phone number, e-mail (optional), the names of the people booking with you, an emergency contact, and any health condition you choose to tell us about.
• On the members' page: your requests and messages, and for free parking a copy of your civil ID, a photo of your car and its type and colour.
• When you apply as a coach: your contact details, experience and CV.

• To arrange, confirm and follow up your bookings and payments, and to contact you about them.
• To keep you safe: your coach sees a health note only so she can adapt your training.
• To register your car for free parking, and to review coach applications.

• The studio management.
• Your coach sees your name, your sessions and any health note, and the messages you send her.
• We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. We keep it only while it's needed for your bookings and the studio's records.
